Contact us at orders@nerdsnestcollectibles.com with your order number in the subject line and also the word DAMAGED. Don’t forget to attach images of the damaged product.
No cancellations or modifications on Pre-Order items.
We ship internationally! To receive a shipping quote, add the items you want to your cart, and when you get to checkout, click on Request Shipping Quote. Our team will then put together a custom quote based on your items and address. You’ll receive an email once the quote is ready and you can finish checkout at that time.
Please note that international shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price and Nerds Nest Collectibles is not responsible for these charges for any reason.
